Failure to meet only one challenge proves the law is wrong. This web page will prove that the Theory of Evolution fails many challenges, not simply one. The Theory of Evolution will never become a law of science because it is wrought with errors.

A phenotypic characteristic, acquired during growth and development, that is not genetically based and therefore cannot be passed on to the next generation for example, the large muscles of a weightlifter. Any heritable characteristic of an organism that improves its ability to survive and reproduce in its environment. Also used to describe the process of genetic change within a population, as influenced by natural selection.
A graph of the average fitness of a population in relation to the frequencies of genotypes in it. Peaks on the landscape correspond to genotypic frequencies at which the average fitness is high, valleys to genotypic frequencies at which the average fitness is low.

Evolution frauds Why are there evolution frauds. In , in his book Origin of the Species, Charles Darwin said: This is from chapter six entitled Difficulties on the Theory. Scientists who believe evolution have been searching for transitional forms ever since but they have been not found. Therefore, fraudulent fossils have been made and presented as transitional forms. See 9 frauds of evolution below. Earnst Haeckels evolution embryo fraud. Haeckels drawings are still printed in some of todays school science text books with full knowledge that they are wrong.
One of the most popular and familiar pieces of evidence used to bolster the theory of evolution — reproduced for decades in most high school and college biology textbooks — is fraudulent, and has been known to be fraudulent for nearly years. Most people have seen those drawings of human embryos next to developing animal embryos, and they look virtually indistinguishable.

As revealed in Moira Weigel’s Labor of Love: The Invention of Dating , a remarkable history of the subject, here are 10 things you might not know about dating and courtship over the years. It was first used in a newspaper column in which a young man laments that his girlfriend is seeing other people—that they are “fillin’ all my dates,” as in “the dates on her calendar. At the turn of last century, dating was still a new concept and law enforcement wasn’t sure what to make of it—but they were sure something sordid was going on.
In spite of efforts in many American states and localities to ban the teaching of evolution in public schools or to teach alternatives to evolution, courts in recent decades have consistently rejected public school curricula that veer away from evolutionary theory.

Stephanie Coontz A protester in New York City after the recent passage of Proposition 8 in California, limiting the marriage rights of same-sex couples in that state. Same sex couples across the country and around the world are asking for the same marriage rights as heterosexual couples. The controversy that still swirls over California’s Proposition 8 has kept the issue of same-sex marriage squarely in the national spotlight.
For those who oppose gay marriage, allowing same-sex couples the same legal rights as heterosexual couples amounts to nothing less than a revolution in the institution of marriage and the family. This month, historian Stephanie Coontz puts the desire for same-sex marriage into some intriguing historical perspective. She demonstrates that heterosexual couples instigated the real revolution in marriage–the idea that two individuals should be able to choose their partners based on love, sexual attraction, and mutual interests.
evolution of the horse Evolution of the horse over the past 55 million years. The present-day Przewalski’s horse is believed to be the only remaining example of a wild horse—i.e., the last remaining modern horse to have evolved by natural selection.
Kirkpatrick and Patricia M. Fazio July 24, Based on fossil records, the genus appears to have originated in North America about 4 million years ago and spread to Eurasia presumably by crossing the Bering land bridge 2 to 3 million years ago. Following that original emigration, there were additional westward migrations to Asia and return migrations back to North America, as well as several extinctions of Equus species in North America. The last prehistoric North American horses died out between 13, and 11, years ago, at the end of the Pleistocene, but by then Equus had spread to Asia, Europe, and Africa.
Animals that on paleontological grounds could be recognized as subspecies of the modern horse originated in North America between 1 million and 2 million years ago. When Linnaeus coined the species name, E. Its closest wild ancestor may have been the tarpan, often classified as E. In any case the domesticated horse probably did not arise at a single place and time, but was bred from several wild varieties by Eurasian herders.
In recent years, molecular biology has provided new tools for working out the relationships among species and subspecies of equids. More to the point is her analysis of E.

After mating, the female then builds a nest elsewhere to raise the young alone. Franco Atirador Stephen J. Gould argued that these enormous antlers, which required great mineral resources from plants to support and prevented the elk from navigating through forests, were largely responsible for their extinction.
The positioning of the antlers were poor for combat between males, but were great for intimidating rivals and impressing females. Bird-of-Paradise Bird of Paradise These birds have evolved a wide variety of plumage displays for the sole purpose of attracting a mate.
Early Modern Homo sapiens. Somewhat more advanced transitional forms have been found at Laetoli in Tanzania dating to about , years ago. By , years ago, early modern humans had expanded their range to South Africa and into Southwest Asia (Israel) shortly after , years ago. Some of them migrated into North America via.
This city-wide festival was highlighted by a spectacular rolling chair parade down the famed Atlantic City Boardwalk. By , East Coast newspapers were looking for ways to increase their circulation. Newspaper organizations decided to sponsor photographic popularity contests from among their readership and awarded their respective winners with an all expense paid trip to the Second Annual Fall Frolic. The pageant was a product of its times. The years from to were rich with expanding social, political and cultural activity for women.
As America moved headlong from the Victorian to the modern age, a new image for women developed, symbolizing the changing times. According to leading magazines and periodicals of the time, the modern woman was vigorous. She exercised and was encouraged to eat right. This was an unprecedented break from the rigorously controlled physicality prescribed for the ideal 19th century woman, with its emphasis on delicacy and fragility. The first pageant winner reflected these changes in attitude towards beauty.
Margaret Gorman was girlish and wholesome-looking. It is in her type that the hope of the country resides.

In science, explanations are restricted to those that can be inferred from confirmable data—the results obtained through observations and experiments that can be substantiated by other scientists. Anything that can be observed or measured is amenable to scientific investigation. Explanations that cannot be based on empirical evidence are not a part of science. The history of life on earth is a fascinating subject that can be studied through observations made today, and these observations have led to compelling accounts of how organisms have changed over time.
The best available evidence suggests that life on earth began more than three and a half billion years ago. For more than two billion years after that, life was housed in the bodies of many kinds of tiny, single-celled organisms, some of which produced the oxygen that now makes up more than a fifth of the earth’s atmosphere.
The Rise of Dating in America () As young Americans left small towns in droves for job opportunities in sprawling urban cities, traditional parlor visits under a family’s watchful eye disappeared.
Cro-Magnon France 27, , Note: Artifactual evidence indicates that modern humans were in Europe by at least 40, and possibly as early as 46, years ago. Dating of the earliest modern human fossils in Asia is less secure, but it is likely that they were present there by at least 60, years ago and possibly , years ago. It would seem from these dates that the location of initial modern Homo sapiens evolution and the direction of their dispersion from that area is obvious.
That is not the case. Since the early ‘s, there have been two leading contradictory models that attempt to explain modern human evolution–the replacement model and the regional continuity model. The replacement model of Christopher Stringer and Peter Andrews proposes that modern humans evolved from archaic humans , , years ago only in Africa and then some of them migrated into the rest of the Old World replacing all of the Neandertals and other late archaic humans beginning around 60, , years ago or somewhat earlier.
If this interpretation of the fossil record is correct, all people today share a relatively modern African ancestry. All other lines of humans that had descended from Homo erectus presumably became extinct. From this view, the regional anatomical differences that we now see among humans are recent developments–evolving mostly in the last 40, years. This hypothesis is also referred to as the “out of Africa”, “Noah’s ark”, and “African replacement” model. The regional continuity model or multiregional evolution model advocated by Milford Wolpoff proposes that modern humans evolved more or less simultaneously in all major regions of the Old World from local archaic humans.
For example, modern Chinese are seen as having evolved from Chinese archaic humans and ultimately from Chinese Homo erectus. This would mean that the Chinese and some other peoples in the Old World have great antiquity in place.

This article compares the history of interracial marriages with that of same-sex marriages. This annotation is only going to focus on the miscegenation laws and the view society had of children born out of interracial marriages. The author states that the freedom to marry has long been recognized as one of the vital personal rights essential to the orderly pursuit of happiness by freemen.
Wild Horses: Evolution Then, about BCE, succumbing to climate change and human hunters, horses completely vanished from North America. This migration map is a visual representation of the migration patterns of the horse and their eventual reintroduction to North American soils.

Sexual hook-up culture.
